tomorrow i am finally going to finish something i've been meaning to do: a wish jar. i've wanted to make one since sophomore year, when i made one for my friend hannah. all i need to do is take a trip to michael's and buy some scrap book paper that matches my room. a wish jar is full of those origami paper stars with wishes written on them. when you cut the paper that you make the star with, you write your wish on it. then you fold the paper so that the wish is kept inside and place it in the jar. i wanted to make a star for every day my senior year and then open the stars in a year or two to see if my wishes came true. day one begins september sixteenth. i can't wait.
